Congratulations Phyllis Perkins!
2009 Post-Standard Achievement honoree Phyllis Perkins is a long-time volunteer who has been active in Meals on Wheels for 27 years; a Literacy volunteer for 21 years; and she has assisted Winds of Agape in training over 400 Certified Home Health Aids since 1997. Phyllis has also volunteered at Francis House and Hospice, and she is founding member and deacon of Pebble Hill Presbyterian Church. Video by David Lassman.
