Visitors

We're so glad you found us and we look forward to meeting you. We understand that visiting a new church for the first time can seem a bit intimidating; we've all been there. We hope we can help put your mind at ease by answering some frequently asked questions before you visit.

What happens during the worship service? Our Sunday worship service begins at 9:30 a.m. A typical service includes: Greetings and Announcements;
Call to Worship (congregational response printed in the church bulletin); Passing the Peace (greeting those seated near you and wishing them the Peace of God.); Singing of hymns by congregation and choir; Scripture readings by our lay leader and pastor; Joys and Concerns (people ask for prayers for those in need); The Lord's Prayer (using "Forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us"); Sermon; Morning Offering (collection plate is passed); Benediction; Postlude; Greeting our pastor as we leave the sanctuary.

What do I wear? No matter what your personal style,
rest assured you will be comfortable at Pebble Hill Presbyterian Church. If you prefer dressy, business, or casual attire, chances are there will be others dressed much like you no matter when you visit.

Where do I park? Parking is available at both the front and rear entrances of the building. Entrance from the front of the church will lead you directly into the foyer, just outside the sanctuary. We recommend that visitors use the front (south) entrance.

Are you handicap accessible? Yes, handicap parking and wheelchair accessible ramps are available at the front entrance to the church. We also have an elevator on the main floor which provides easy access to gatherings in our Fellowship Hall on the lower level of the church.

Where do I go? Where do my kids go? Not to worry. Our Sunday morning greeters will personally greet you when you walk through the door and will be happy to guide you to your destination.
